Sci-Fi MMO Starbase has shared an updated Roadmap on their Steam page. It seems like the development of the game has been slightly delayed so the developers have shared this updated version of the roadmap to reflect the delays.

The features that will be delayed are:

• Moon Bases & Mining were targeted for August, now planned for end of September
• Capital Ships were targeted for August, now planned for October
• Social tools for companies were targeting September, now planned for October
• Station Siege was targeting September, now moved to November

Starbase Developer Frozenbyte has revealed that the early access for the title is just around the corner. The target is for the early access to start in May according to a recent Tweet, but an exact date will be set sometime in April.
